Yoga at the Workplace

The Yoga Vista Studio has been offering onsite yoga classes to businesses, public institutions, private healthcare facilities and schools since 2005. These forward-thinking businesses and community organizations are incorporating alternative health and wellness programs to encourage work/life balance.

The Yoga Vista dedicated staff of teachers can bring yoga to:

Each class offers breathing exercises to encourage relaxation as well as body-toning sequences that will keep you motivated. We end each class with Svasana, the relaxing downtime you need to rejuvenate your body and spirit. We guarantee you will leave with a feeling of peace, relaxation and optmism!

We Come to YOU!

Want to offer Yoga at your Community Center, Assisted Living Facility, at the Park or on the Beach? We will come to you and provide you with the right class to meet your needs.
We were interested in incorporating yoga into our work routine in order to offer employees a break from the busy work day to take time to relax and focus on their own well-being. The all-levels course appeals to all skill levels and age groups and the office chair setup was easily accommodated. The classes were very well-received!

The Tri-City Wellness Program has partnered with the Yoga Vista Studio to offer our employees a variety of onsite yoga classes. By providing our employees of the healthcare environment a time to unwind and escape, we are creating a healthier work environment and in turn, a better quality of care for our patients.
